Once the link opens, look for “Advanced install options & other platforms” then click/tap and choose the one that applies to your platform ie ios, android etc.

Once the link opens, look for the platform that applies to you and instructions.
If this resolves your issue, there could be a miss configuration in your default browser app. That is preventing you to access.
